Atelier Réalise-toi, women empowering women, self esteem, perception de la beauté, comment utilise les vision boards pour atteindre ses objectifs - Petite and Bold
One word: EMOTIONS. In many ways. I felt: PROUD, VULNERABLE, EMPOWERED, INSPIRING and most of all, it felt natural.Let me take you back at my end of year 2017. On my vision board, among the many things I was envisioning, hosting empowering events for women was really important for me. Fast forward in the beginning of 2018, because I believe that together we're stronger; I reached out to Vanessa and Fama with this project I wanted to see come to life. Needless to say that this was the best decision.Although the 3 of us were different, we were complementary and basically a shared vision.
This is how Réalise-toi was born and our first event took place on February 24. We talked about Self-Esteem, the perception of beauty and how to use a vision board to reach our goals.Everything came together like a charm: the perfect location ( Hotel Zero 1 was a charm to work with ) and the crazy amazing women we shared a few hours with. It felt like we all knew each other somehow, like we were going through the same struggles. We opened up, shared personal things. There were tears, laughs, support and just pure sisterhood. Thanks to everyone you came. We truly felt honoured!
Un mot pour décrire cette journée selon moi: ÉMOTIONS. J'ai ressenti diverses émotions en 4 heures de temps: FIERTÉ, VULNÉRABILITÉ, FORCE, INSPIRANTE et le tout était naturel.Je vous ramène en fin d'année 2017, lorsque je travaillais sur mon vision board, un des points importants à mes yeux était de pouvoir organiser/ participer à des ateliers par et pour la femme. C'est ainsi qu'en début 2018, parce qu'à mes yeux ensemble nous sommes encore plus fortes, j'ai parlé de ce projet à Fama et Vanessa: meilleure décision! Bien que nous soyons différentes, nous avions cette vision partagée. C'est ainsi que le 24 Février, nous animions notre premier atelier Réalise-toi.
Nous avons parlé d'estime de soi, de la perception de la beauté et des tableaux de visualisation ( vision boards ).Nous avons eu le parfait emplacement pour cet atelier: l'hôtel Zéro 1 au centre ville de Montréal. Un hôtel moderne et équipé pour nos besoins. Les femmes présentes étaient inspirantes, chacune toute autant que l'autre. Nous formions une communauté ce jour là, nous avons abordé des sujets sensibles. Il y a eu des larmes, des rires, de la compréhension, des encouragements. Une belle sororité. Merci à toutes celles qui sont venues. C'était un honneur!
