I've been wearing prescription glasses for a few years now, but I never got around to try contact lenses. There is a first time to everything right?

I spend hours in front of the computer every day and I don't always feel like wearing my glasses. In addition, I sometimes spend entire days outside for meetings, activities and events. 8 times out of 10, I forget my glasses. It's a good thing that I can work without them anyway. So the idea of ​​trying lenses seemed like a good option for me; especially for my lifestyle. It's nice to have a choice. 

I'm very happy to have partnered with ALCON to try out their Dailies TOTAL1® contact lenses. I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised . I remember telling the optometrist I thought contact lenses would feel itchy; especially the first time. But these felt very comfortable.Before getting into more details about how I feel about the Dailies TOTAL1® contact lenses, I think it would be a good idea to talk a bit about the particularities of these lenses and what makes them unique.

You'll forget you have them on! And there's a reason to that: the triple hydration provides continuous hydration throughout the day. With each blink, there's a molecule that releases more moisture.

As mentioned above, comfort was the characteristic that really impressed me the very first time.  I expected to feel discomfort, which was not the case. I certainly do not want to focus on what's going on in my eyes as I get going with my day, but rather focus on getting things done. 

WHAT I LOVED ABOUT THE ALCON DAILIES TOTAL1® 

A perfect fit to my lifestyle: if you're about to use contact lenses for a first time or if you have a very active lifestyle ( sports, always on the go ), these are exactly what you need.

Comfort once again: as a millennial with a certain lifestyle and mainly as an entrepreneur, I'm really always looking for things that will make my life easier, not make me feel uncomfortable. I want to focus on what I actually see with my eyes instead of what I have in my eyes.  

They are disposable: talk about convenience! Forget the hustle of having to buy solutions to clean and disinfect your lenses every single day. In the morning, you put in a new pair and at the end of the day, you just throw it away. Very practical tip: put in your contact lenses first thing in the morning, before make up etc, and at night, remove them at the very end of your skincare routine. This way, you'll avoid transferring dirt and make up to your contact lenses.
